Here’s an opportunity, we at Skillxn are presenting you with a Monthly Learning Plan to learn to meditate and unwind.
"Meditate and Unwind" is our unique interactive online class that enables you to learn the different styles and aspect of meditation like:
- Yogic breathing techniques
- Aspects of Metta meditation
- Planetary peace meditation
- Forgiveness meditation
- Healing meditation
We are facilitating an environment for you to directly interact with the mentors and help you have exponential progress rather than spending time searching and watching multiple videos to learn and practice mediation.
About the Session
The session is aimed to give you an introduction to a few styles of meditation like Maitri meditation, Planetary peace meditation, Forgiveness meditation, Healing meditation starting from yogic breathing techniques. We have scheduled these sessions from 9:00pm to 10:00pm so that you can get done with all your day’s chores and unwind before going off to sleep.
This Monthly Learning plan consists of a total of 8 hours of learning extending onto assignments and worksheets to solidify your understanding and skills. 8 classes of 1 hours sessions spread over 4 weekends. This is designed to give you ample time to practice your assignments and the techniques for a week moving onto the next week’s agenda.
The session has been planned in such a way that people with no background in music would also enjoy the session and progress along.
Rhythmic Yogic Breathing
In Rhythmic Yogic Breathing we breath through the belly with intermediate holds.
Advantages of Rhythmic Yogic Breathing:
- The lungs capacity increases by 70% as against to 15% to 30% in normal chest breathing.
- Blood gets 50% more detoxified and oxygenated.
- Connecting the tongue to the pallet the energy body is purified and strengthened.
- Rhythmic Yogic Breathing helps in reducing stress and helps getting spiritually connected.
Forgiveness / Shama Sadhana
Spiritual evolution implies process, time and mistakes. Therefore internal forgiveness to oneself and others is necessary. It is therapeutic. External action if needed be done when required without harsh and excessive use of force and with loving kindness.
Metta or Maitri Meditation
It helps in personal transformation and is based on the universal teachings of it is in blessing that we are blessed. As you sow, so shall you reap.
You would experience reduced stress, better health and stamina, greater productivity, improved interpersonal relationships, increased calmness, joy and peace. When done regularly.
About the Mentor
Rishi is a practicing healer, who was introduced to meditation very early on in his childhood. He's had multiple success stories of healing individuals going through physical and mental ailments. Meditation is a part and parcel of his life now. He practices different kinds of meditations and techniques.
In this session he'd be introducing a meditation technique which is called Metta, this form of meditation is being practiced in different organization's and religions as well, and is known by varied by names.The meditation would comprise of Forgiveness or Shama Sadhana, Rhythmic Yogic Breathing and Meditation.The process would help you connect with your inner self and cleanse your spiritual mind. So, please come and experience the journey of stillness and bliss on this path with Rishi.

After you register, we would send you the instructions and the access link to join the online session. You will be receiving these details on 7th August after we close the registrations.
- Above age of 16 can do it daily. 10 to 16 years of age should practice once a week only.
- Unregulated hypertension, untreated glaucoma, severe heart problems, pregnant woman and children below age of 10 are NOT supposed to do this meditation.
- If any physical discomfort experienced during the meditation, should be immediately reported to the mentor
